FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT?
You can reach us via the Contact Us form.
Customer support is available between 9:00am and 5:00pm, GMT, Monday till Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours
for your query to be answered, however most response times are much sooner. Please be advised that our
Customer Support will be not available during weekends and Public or Bank Holidays.
2. WHAT TIME ZONE DO YOUR SALES AND SPECIALS RUN ON?
All of our sales and specials run on UK Time, GMT.
3. HOW CAN I BUY PRODUCTS FROM YOUR STORE?
In order to buy any product from our Store you will need to create a customer account and finish your order at
the checkout. PLEASE NOTE: To complete checkout you will need to fill in all the required fields (marked by a star).
4. HOW CAN I CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
To create a customer account simple register for your customer account and fill all the fields required in the form
(marked by a star). After that your account is created and you will be able to log in into the Store.
5. HOW CAN I COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT?
Please add your desired products to your cart and when ready proceed to the checkout. The only allowed method of
payment in our Store is PayPal but don't worry, you can checkout even when you do not have your own PayPal account.
You can use most of the today's Credit/Debit Cards using secured PayPal checkout and you will be not charged extra
for that. PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept any other forms of payment such as: standing orders, bank drafts, postal
orders, checks, cash, ect.
6. HOW DO I USE A COUPON?
To use a coupon you will need to have one. Please add your desired items to your cart and then click on the "View
Cart". On the bottom of that page you will see a box called Coupon Code - enter and submit your code there.
7. WHY IS MY COUPON NOT WORKING?
It may happen because of a few reasons. Usually because it may be already expired or may not apply to the items
"on sale". Please contact us if your code is not valid but you think it should be.
8. HOW DO I USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE AND HOW IT WORKS?
Gift Certificates are no longer available in our Store. You will need to pay for your orders using PayPal.
9. CAN I DO WHATEVER I WANT WITH THE ITEMS I PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE?
NO, you definitely cannot do whatever you want, please read individual Terms of Use before purchasing, but remember
you are not allowed to share, copy, re-sell or use for profit of items which are for personal use only. Terms and
Conditions apply.
10. WHAT ARE THE REWARD POINTS AND HOW DO I USE THEM?
Reward Points are coming soon.
11. HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Please be advised that from our Store you can purchase only electronic goods, your items will be delivered as a link
to an electronic file(s). Please do not expect any Postal or Courier Deliveries, as it will never happen. We do not supply
our products in other form as an electronic file. You will get the link to your file(s) with your invoice email and in most
cases it will be ready to download immediately. However sometimes due to a heavy traffic your order may stuck up in
the queue. Please then allow up to 12 hours for your file to be available for download.
12. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE ORDER?
In most cases you will have 5 attempts to download your file and/or 5 full days to complete your order. After that your
order will expire and you will be not allowed to access it any more. If you have problems downloading your order within
this 5 day period, please contact Customer Support. Orders not completed or lost after 7 days will NOT be reset without
small fee (see below). You are responsible for routinely backing up all your files.
13. WILL YOU RESET DOWNLOADS AFTER THEY LONG EXPIRE?
YES, we could, but please be aware that small fee will apply. This normally would be about 20% of the value of the order
which will need to be reset. Please just contact us with your order number(s). Please note: If the designer or product
(or both) is no longer in our Store, we will not be able to reset your download(s).
14. CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT FROM YOUR STORE?
NO, this is not possible, as this are electronic files. You must be aware that you are buying something that you can not
return.
15. CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK AFTER COMPLETING MY ORDER?
NO, this is not allowed. Order once completed is non refundable. We can only offer money back for duplicate purchases
and for orders which don't have any download attempts in our records.
16. I CAN NOT FINISH MY ORDER BECAUSE PAYPAL IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO PAY FOR IT.
Please contact PayPal (www.paypal.com) and explain them your problem. There must be a reason why your payment was rejected.
